All the timber treatments we offer are designed to preserve the timber in the use to which it is being put. All treatments are safe and we pride ourselves on being environmentally friendly. We can offer a wide variety of treatments including H1,H2,H3,H4,H5 and LOSP. We not only offer cca treatments but we can also provide Pre-Priming in a large variety of colours. All timber is

To ensure we supply you with a product that is going to offer the longest possible working life we offer a number of treatments. These treatments can also be tailored to suit your countries needs and regulations. Our experience of shipping timber all around the world means we are able to help you by supplying the right product, with the right treatment.

All treatments are applied in our saw mill in several North Island plants, New Zealand. The systems are monitored and quality and effectiveness of treatment monitored on a batch by batch basis. Treatments are all certified to international standards to give you complete peace of mind.

New Zealand is a beautiful country and we aim to keep it like that, so to preserve the environment we are diligent about the correct use of chemical and other operations during the treatment process. Our husbandry of timber supply, felling and processing allows us to manage our business effectively and so provide you with a high quality product consistently.

LOSP
LOSP is a white spirits based wood preservative.

LOSP treatment of timber involves the impregnation of preservative into wood using controlled vacuum processes in such a manner as to ensure that preservative is not spilled nor personnel placed at risk.Timber can be LOSP treated to the following hazard classes;

H1.1 and H1.2 for timber framing

H2 (Australia only) for timber framing

H3.1 for use outdoors out of ground contact where there is no possibility of water entrapment such as fascia and weatherboards.

H3.2 (CuN only, refer to NZS 3640 for retention specification) for use outdoors out of ground contact but with a risk of water entrapment such as joists and decking.
